1. Eligibility for Return / Replacement

You may request a return or replacement only if:

✔ The product delivered is damaged

✔ The product is leaking or broken

✔ You received the wrong product

✔ The product is expired at the time of delivery

To be eligible, you must:

  • Raise a complaint within 24–48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos/video of the damaged or incorrect item

  • Keep the product unused and in original packaging until verification


2. Non-Returnable Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Products without proof (photo/video)

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Edible oils after opening the seal


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in approved cases such as:

  • Product not available

  • Wrong or damaged product delivered

  • Delivery issues caused by our end

Refund Method

Refunds may be processed through:

  • Original payment method

  • UPI / Bank Transfer

  • Wallet refund (if applicable)

Refund Time

Refunds are usually processed within 3–7 business days after verification.


4. Replacement Policy

If your claim is approved and stock is available:

  • A replacement product will be shipped within 2–4 business days

If stock is not available:

  • You may receive a refund or choose a different product of equal value.


5. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

By Viraj Gold

We may cancel orders due to:

  • Stock unavailability

  • Incorrect pricing

  • Unusual or suspicious activity

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.


6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to:

  • Wrong address entered

  • Incomplete information

  • Customer not available

The courier may return the package.
Reshipping charges may apply.

Refund for such orders may not be possible.
